my question is u know when u use the chappati method for samosa, can you stack all the chappati in cling film and put them in the fridge to make them later.

I presume you are talking about half cooked chapatties for making samosas, like some Gujaraties do? I don't make samosas using this method, I use fresh 'pastry' type dough, as they are made in northern India, places like Delhi and Uttar Pradesh. I don't see why not though, as long as they don't stick together and don't dry out. You may find a recipe on the internet.
