Hello, Thanks for nice sabudana papmpad recipie. Actually i just wanted to know that is it possible if i dry sabudana inside home and allow to dry with fan air bcoz i don't have facilities to keep out in sun.

I guess it will depend on how hot and dry it is inside your house. Here in UK, I wouldn't recommend making them in winter months.
