Can I cook Rogan Josh 2 days before & keep in fridge, then re-heat. I am bit concerned because of the yoghurt.

I keep fresh yoghurt in the fridge for weeks so I don't think a couple of days would upset it..

Still I'd say making it fresh would always be better..

It will be fine in the fridge for 2 or 3 days in an average fridge.
