What's the best way to reheat my beef or lamb curry? I was thinking of using my microwave but I'm worried that it'll make the meat tough.
You can microwave it for speed but I think it is much better slowly brought up to heat on the hob (adding a little water or stock if necessary.)

If it is a large amount, I would heat it in a pan, to make sure it is heated through. To heat it in a microwave without stirring from time to time may burn/toughen top bits of meat. Small amounts heat through fine in a microwave.
I'm not sure I should con.fess this on here, but if its been in the fridge I like it cold on hot buttered toast for breakfast !
