I have so much red tomatoes from my greenhouse that I do not know what to do of them. Of green tomatoes I made the chutney as per your recipe, but could not find recipe for red tomato ketchup? Any help?

This is the one I made as one of my offerings for the market stall - it went down really really well. I added a couple of red bell peppers to the 3 kilos of tomatoes I used.

Hi Rajneesh. Can highly recommend this recipe! Don't forget the red peppers as not only are they good for colour but their flavour also really makes the ketchup into something really special. A real WOW! factor.
