I am looking for a lamb recipe for something that sounds like Patiella. it is made a curry like paste and lots of spices and yogurt.

Or could it be Lamb Patiala, supposedly from the kitchens of the Maharaja Of Patiala, it is simply lamb pieces cooked in a rich, spicy mix, something like this; http://www.mamtaskitchen.com/recipe_display.php?id=10353 . Patiala is in Punjab and any Punjabi curry from that region can be called Patiala Curry.
Any rich lamb curry can have Yoghurt (or sour cream) added to it, jusrt like a stew.
