Many recipes use samosa patti like spring rolls, cigars,etc . i cud not find it in our grocery store. please give me the recipe for samosa patti.

Are you talking about Patties as they are known in India? They are known here in UK as pasties, as in Cornish pasty. They have a short crust or puff pastry casing. See Samosa rolls. You can make the pastry into any shape you choose, into rolls or like Indian vegetable patties.

You can make your own pastry, but both can be bought ready to roll out at most supermarkets.
