Just looking at the Chilli Pickle Stuffed - 2 (Lal-Mirch ka Bharwa Aachar - 2) recipe - gremlins have got to the list of ingredients!! It lists beans, onions, corriander, garam masala etc which are definitely not part of the recipe - a cut and paste error it looks like. Just letting you know so that you can correct the error when you have a minute.

Off to make my chili pickle tonight, chilies drying in Madras sun now!

I have had a reply from the writer of the recipe. The folowing things have to be deleted from the recipe. They have come from another recipe, not sure how they got there! I will correcte it one day soon once the site opens for editing again.

200-250 gm. flageolet beans, soaked overnight (8-10 hours)

2 medium sized onions, peeled

A small piece of ginger, peeled, optional

2-3 tbs. mustard oil*

1 level tsp. cumin or mustard seeds

2 heaped tbs. garlic clove pickel (Indian hot pickle)

A handful of coriander leaves, washed and chopped, optional

when you talk about silly hackers maybe it is because this website contains so many pukka indian recipes that other indian people don't like this stuff to be readily available to all.

No, the hackers are usually people selling undesirable stuff or just creating mischief!
