can you freeze Rasmalai, if not how long will it keep in the fridge

Fresh rasmalai will keep in the fridge for a week or so. They can be frozen, I have done that in the past.

I am not sure I follow your question! What do you mean shipping, and then 4 hours travel only!

I am sure they will be fine frozen/chilled, as long as you carry them in a cooler/ice-box. Do you live in a hot part of the world?
