I just made some Bengali Rasgullas; http://www.mamtaskitchen.com/recipe_display.php?id=10177. They came out really, really well. This is one of the most difficult sweets to make, I was over the moon, very, very happy. I can honestly say that it is one of the dishes that has given me most satisfaction to get right.
