I'm cheating using a Punjabi Pesto Sauce with prawns. Could anyone suggest a nice accompiniment?

Are you serving it with rice? You could make a pilaf with mixed vegetables, either fresh or frozen.
A spinach dish goes well with prawns, either a curry or as bhaji/spicy stir-fry.
A carrot bhaji or mange tout stir-fry will also be good. Most green vegetables will give a colour contrast.

Thanks for your ideas. In the end I served it with Lemon Rice which had coconut & Bengal Gram, amongst a few other bits & pieces.
