Just made two bottles of Prawn Balchao. Instead of the nigela seeds I used mustard and instead of onions I used leeks. Taste's very nice. When I sus this site out, I will post photo's.

Chuffa, if you have made it with dry prawns, I am sure it will last a month or longer. It never stays that long here, because I usually make a jar or two only at a time. Lapis will probably be a better person to comment on it. The recipe I am talking about is this one;Prawn Balachao
