I had an odd conversation with someone and it led to this pizza... thought I'd share it with you out of interest.... It came out a lot better than I thought it might... but I'm certain it wouldn't be most peoples cup of tea !

It looks great. The only thing that would keep me away from it is the lamb's liver. I can't stand lamb. I was a veggie for years and when I started eating meat again I found out that I can only stomach chicken and fish now. I can eat a small amount of beef if it is in a sauce and I am not a huge fan of fish, so chicken is the only meat I really eat. Funny thing is, prior to going veggie we used to eat a lot of lamb in our house and I liked it.

Sorry, but variation on a very old joke.

Pizzaman: Yes, we do.

Steve: Do you have spinach?

Pizzaman: Of course

Steve: I'll have a liver and spinach pizza please

Pizzaman: But we don't do liver

Steve: I thought you said you deliver..........

Sid I suppose you could have made it without the meat part at all... but as just explained it came about with the "do you deliver" joke lol

I know someone who made a pizza a few nights ago and put two bhut jolokia, two Dorset naga and a couple of scotch bonnets on the top. After trying it I came to the conclusion that it required attention, possibly medical!

I invented a similar pizza yesterday, and today i looked it up to see if there are more liver and spinach pizza recipes and found this post.

I used: baby spinach, chicken liver, sun-dried tomato pesto, green onion, champignon mushrooms, some kind of cow cheese, smoked cheese...salt and pepper
