I want to make Peshawari naan...the recipe uses dry active yeast..but I have rapid rise highly active yeast...can I use that instead and how?please help
My recipe says 'instant dry yeast', which probably is same as your 'rapid rise highly active yeast'. Instant dry yeast means that you can add it directly to the flour etc, without activating it first. If your packet of yeast says add directly, than it is fine, add directly. If it says activate it first, it will give you instruction on how to. Use the liquid from your measured liquid.
