Do you know where I can buy some papads that I can roll? Like for a spring roll type thing here in the UK?

If you just soak the normal poapad in water for a few seconds and then roll it, it should work. My sister in-law in Delhi makes papad samosas this way. I will post your query on the Forum and get her to answer you there.

It is an interesting way of using papads.
