Is it possible to freeze fresh curry leaves and fresh turmeric?

Not sure about the turmeric, but you can freeze cury leaves. Just make sure that there is no water on the leaves, otherwise they will frost burn.

Yes, fresh turmeric freezes very well, just like fresh ginger. I freeze mine.
