Mobile camera picture is not good enough.

Yesterday, I went to a friend for a meal. She made and apple an onion salad, i have her recipe here. I took some pictures on my mobuile, do you think I can find them now!! I used to be able to do this easily on my old phone. Will have to get the book out or make it myself. May be one of you will try it, it is really nice;

Wow! What a feast. I had a great afternoon, home alone, couple of beers, music. I did the kachumber and raita first and kept them in the fridge. Next up was the saag beef. I let it marinade for an hour in lime juice, salt and turmeric. Got that on the go (had another beer)and then started on the vindaloo. The house smelt wonderful. Let the saag lamb and vindaloo slow cook for a couple of hours so the meat just melted. In the mean time (after another beer) I made the daal! That was so easy and tasty! Heaps left over for lunch today. My wife thoroughly enjoyed it too.

Cheers

Should the apple and onion recipe come out as a pur?e or more like a coleslaw ?

Just wondering because if I grated it by hand held grater like you would use for cheese etc it would come out in slithers making it like a coleslaw. If I used my processor it would turn it to a pulp/pur?e (as mine doesn't have any inserts specifically for grating)

I made it today, pictures are there now, take a look.

I used a hand grater and made it with 2 apples only.

Very nice, like a coleslaw type then !..

Wonder if you could pur?e it and add it yoghurt for another twist ?

You think like me Steve, I just did! No need to puree, add as it is and adjust seasoning.

very nice... I can see it working well added to sandwiches to give more moisture and texture to a bland cheese or ham butty...
