I got around to reading it finally. It is great, only the recipe is not handed down from my mum or grandma or down the generations. Both are/were very strict vegetarians, grandma didn't even eat onions and garlic. However, the curry sauce recipe definitely is a modification of my mums recipe that she used for many superb vegetarian curries, not of course called curries by her and our family!
