The online content editor did. I have contributed couple of blog posts, but this time he approached me and asked if they could use a recipe on their blog for national curry week. I told him about Leon menu and suggested that might therefore be a great one for them to share.

I think he's done a really nice job of describing the site, using the recipe's introduction and so on...

I got around to reading it finally. It is great, only the recipe is not handed down from my mum or grandma or down the generations. Both are/were very strict vegetarians, grandma didn't even eat onions and garlic. However, the curry sauce recipe definitely is a modification of my mums recipe that she used for many superb vegetarian curries, not of course called curries by her and our family!

I know, I think that bit was more his assumption, since many of the recipes on the site are handed down to some extent!!! But hey... close enough, right!
