Not an Indian theme as such. My wife has a very big family (she is one of 13 kids). Everyone brings there allotted food for the day. This year we got the job of 3 chickens so im doing one (for me, but I may share) the Tandoori chook, a plain chook for the mother in law and other none spice eaters and a garlic butter and herbs chook. Cant wait!
