Just making your Meat Kofta Curry

The instructions for the meatballs say "grate bread, onion, ginger & garlic

But there is no mention of onion in the meatball ingredients, just wondered which is right

There should be a medium onion, although you can make them without it.

When dropping them into the curry, remember to leave the lid open, at least until they are set properly, otherwise they might break up.

The ones in the picture are a bit broken up, will take a better picture next time!
