Thanks for all your recipes far far far superior to any Indian resturants/takeways but I have a question whic might sound silly! on for instance your Lamb Curry Achari, Pickle Style it states 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds 1/2 tsp. fennel seeds etc would you say us a standard size teaspoon halfed or full but flat sound really silly but appreciate any advice!

The amounts of cumin etc. are guides only. You don't have to be precise.

If you are a regular cook, it might be worth investing in a set of measuring spoons, which include half and quarter spoons.
