Hi Mamta, I was looking at your recipe for Pilaf Rice earlier and I'm just curious when you mention 2 large cardamoms if you mean two large green cardamoms or two brown cardamoms.

I use large, brown ones usually, as shown in the picture. They are the ones traditionally used in pilafs and biryanies. I do however add a few green ones too sometimes, for a little gentler flavour.
