We're very happy to share the news that London-based fabs of Mamta's Kitchen can now enjoy two dishes based on Mamta's basic curry sauce at Leon restaurants. Their new autumn winter menu launches on the 28th September.

Rajneesh, as per the link, it's not the exact original recipe, but it's been adapted from that. The end result I tasted at the factory was really pretty close to the original, so it's certainly a close sibling!

Rajneesh, I am in Roorkee near Haridwar this morning, leaving for Noida this afternoon. Then a quick visit to to Delhi, Jaipur, Gurgaon (just visiting siblings) and then back home.

I haven't picked any new recipes so far this trip. I wanted to learn Bengali Rasgullas, properly, but no 'halwaai' is prepared to share their secret with me :-(!
