My ladoos went wrong. They are quite hard . My sugar consistency went wrong. Pl suggest remedy for soft ladoos . I was not able to bind it but I did with the help of adding milk. What should I do now.
Komal, it is difficult to say what went wrong, without knowing which recipe you followed. Once the sugar syrup is too thick, there is not much you can do with it. I am guessing that by sugar consistency, you mean sugar syrup consistency. This is not something I make very often, not sure when I made them last. I would recommend trying a different recipe.
