I want to make rasgullas. can we use ricotta cheese to make rasgullas and if yes please give me the recipe also.

I have not made rasgullas with Ricotta cheese, though I have thought about it. We don't eat that mant sweets these days, so I can only make them when someone else is coming for dinner!

There are a few recipes on the web, why don't you give them a try? Make your tweaks, change what doesn't work, and when it works, send me your recipe.
