I read the recipe for making khoya and was wondering about the part where it asks for using full cream milk. Does this mean whole milk, heavy cream or double cream? Thanks!

This means whole milk, where no fat has been removed.

I now make it from skimmed powder milk since I tried this recipe. It is easy, works well and very quick.
