Hi, I tried blending my home made yogurt in a blender for 15 minutes but nothing happened. I am wondering why this didn't work for me. I made yogurt from milk given by my Holstein cow. I let the yogurt cool in the fridge over night.

My mother Yashoda always made butter from full cream milk yoghurt at room temperature. I have made it a few times; it takes 15-20 minutes of electriic whisking, but you do get it in the end. It is of course faster if you make it with thick cream or thick milk skin that sets on top of boiled full cream milk when chilled in the fridge.
