Hello walia

To make it healthier,

make mince from chicken, instead of red meat

Use less oil in making masala.

Use vegetable oil insteda of ghee.

After cooking, let it stand for a while, tilt the pan and drain of excess fat from the top using a spoon. Do not use tghis oil for cooking other dishes.

This is a pretty good reacipe;

Quiche Keema

You can always make it with Soya mince. That too is quite good, but as Soya has no taste of it's own, you have to add extra spices;

Soya Mince

I will post your question on the forum, others may have some good ideas for you.

If we are using a fatty meat we often cook it before hand, allow it to cool, possibly put it in the fridge and then skim all the fat off the top.
