Whenever I make my curry I always have gravy left over - any suggestions please on how to use this rather than throwing it away as I feel it's such a waste.
What sort of curries are you making that has left over gravy? If you have a thick sauce left (ie you've taken all the veg / meat out of it) why not store it in the freezer and use it when you are in a rush to simply add to a piece of cooked meat/fish or poured over some steamed vegetables ?
