you can try making methi sabzi with the left over besan.

  1. Put methi leaves in a pan with some hot oil with small cut hari mirchi.

  1. Add spices- salt, red mirchi, turmeric, amchoor powder, corriander powder and any other spices you usually put.

  1. Once methi has cooked, add the left over besan masala and grate some garlic over it all.

  1. Cook briefly for a few minutes to incorporate the beasn with the methi sabzi (around 3-4 minutes). And you are done!
