I have learnt a lot from your site, last week I prepared imli chutney and pani puri water ( but i purchased readymade puris from the market). It was great.
Last week I also tried Lamb curry (Nani Maya's), though the dish came out good but my cooker got burnt from inside. Why? Could you tell me the reason. I am still scrubbing it like mad.

You didn't add more than 1/2 tsp. of sugar by any chance? That could have caused it to burn or perhaps the stove was on too HIGH?
