This post is to say thank you for your delicious recipe for Lamb biryani which I made with great success yesterday. Just one question... would you consider cooking the meat in a pressure cooker? I realise that the gravy wouldn't reduce and that that would have to be done separately but otherwise do you think it would work?

Yes pressure cooker will work, as long as you then take the liquid out and reduce it without the meat, so meat doesn't overcook and disintegrate.
