Over on the Wildfood board, which Kavey told me about, there's discussion of a book on Chinese food by Fuschia Dunlop, which Ian Hoare raves about. Ian knows what he's talking about, so I think i'll get a copy.
But I still swear by Yan-Kit So, a wonderful Chinese cookery writer!
