Can we make khoya from non-fat milk powder? Will it give richness as compared to khoya from whole milk?

Yes you can. The pictures that I have on my powder milk Khoya recipe are from skimmed milk powder khoya. The day I took pictures, I didn't have time to go to the Indian shop and Sainsbury's only sell skimmed milk powder.

I suggest that you try with a small amount Seema. I have used Nestles skimmed milk and it made pretty good khoya.
