just bought khoya at an indian grocery store this morning...it was frozen.

just noticed the date said best is used by jan 08.

is it still ok to use?

Probably it will be okay. But if you haven't used it already, take it back. They have to change it by law.

I've always wondered where the sell by date grows on plants? ;-)
