U TOLD THE RECIPE OF MAKING RICOTTA CHEESE KHOYA THAT WE PUT RICOTTA CHEES EIN A HEACVY BOTTON PAN AND COOK IT ON LOW HEAT UTIL ALL MILK HAS EVAPORATED.I HAVE A QUESTION THAT CAN WE USE THIS KHOYA FOR GULAB JAMUN??
I am not sure I follow you Sadia. I know people make khoya from ricotta cheese, by heating it with powder milk and butter, but I don?t thik any of my recipes use this method. I think Ricotta cheese taste more like ground fresh paneer cheese.
Yes, you can make Gulab jamuns from khoya; Gulab Jamun, but I have never made them from ricotta cheese khoya. I have made them from milk pwder though; Gulab Jamun.
