Hi all. I am very passionate about good Indian food, locally the restaurants are awful so have been travelling into Edgeware for good authentic meals.

One dish that I am quite struck on is Kheema, not found locally nor in many books, could someone please recommend a good recipe for me to try at home (quite dry)

You get hooked on Indian food, don't you? Keema is usually spelt without an H, as Keema. It is sometimes spelt as Queema. Here is my recipe; Keema.

We used to live in Edgeware a long time ago. In fact, my older daughter Kavey was born there, at the Edgware General. Small world!
