Just read it, very interesting! You learn every day; I couldn't believe that lamb meat and beef taste similar without their fat. How strange!

Yeah, they weren't quite as similar as he suggested, I found one more irony/ bloody and one more sweet/ hazelnutty but I didn't guess one was lamb!!!
