Please could someone tell me the ingredients for kashmiri paste? I want to cook a recipe for lamb with almonds which uses a Bombay Authentics paste that no longer seems to be available so thought i would have a go a making my own. Any advice would be appreciated please.
Not sure about a specific paste, but if you put "kashmiri" into our search page, you'll see we have one recipe for kashmiri garam masala. That may or may not have same flavour profile as the branded paste you mention, but hard to know as not familiar with it.
