I met your daughter Kavey through a mutual friend on Twitter as I was looking for Indian recipes. Up until recently it has been hard to find all the spices etc. for Indian cooking here in Italy where I now live, but as we now can I wanted to get cooking Indian food again. So far I have cooked your Basic Curry recipe with chicken and spinach and yesterday I prepared your Aloo Gobhi. Both dishes were delicious. Just a note to say thank you for your recipes which are really lovely and easy to follow too.
