Just now I tried the Jeera Biscuits exactly as given in the recipe

But I am not able to Roll the dough on flat surface. There was enough oil to hold the dough together but while rolling its not able to continue for long....
it use to fork out at the edge...
For time being i have just hand pressed small balls of dough and baking it.
Please let me know...what i need to do get the perfect dough.

I made the Jeera biscuits this morning, they came out perfect. It may be a problem of actual measurements. Cuos sizes vary so much. Therefore, I have now given the amounts in metric measures also. Good luck next time.

Lightly sweet and salty at the same time. Try it, it is good.
