How much water is required to make the batter for Instant dhokla-4
Sorry no one has got back to you, but I think its been a busy week for everyone..
Its not my recipe and I've never made them but if its anything like pakora or traditional English fish batters, you normally add water a little at a time and mix until it becomes like a thick cream... exact measurements are difficult to give as the flour and spices can be drier/wetter and will need a little more or less...
