Hello everyone,
Tonight I'm cooking a more traditional vindaloo for 10 people with this recipe http://www.mamtaskitchen.com/recipe_display.php?id=13567
My question is about volume. The recipe says its for 2-4 people. Is it just a question of multiplying everything by the right amount? eg, if I were to use 4 onions for 4 people, I should use 10 onions for 10 people?
I'm cooking tonight and am nervous about getting the recipe right!
Any help would be much appreciated :)

If you do up the amounts it should be fine, just up the size of the pan to match, then things get cooked in a smilar way (ie not some at the bottom browning and then another 4 onions sat on top just steaming etc)
