HI - I'm on the search for a recipe for a very old traditional punjabi dish called sondh - it is ground ginger eaten like a sort of snack and is really good for digestion - i believe i have to brown some flour slowly in a pan and then add the ground giner and then a gur/jaggery/boiling water syrup. but i am not sure of all the proportions - any help would be appreciated!!!

If the snack includes dry ginger (sondh) and flour perhaps it could also be "Flour Laddoo Sweet Balls" ?
