I want to make khoya using milk powder which is there in mamta'kitchen recipe...i want to know if anyone has tried making khoya using milk powder and can we make it with instant milk powder?

Yes, I have made it, the pictures on the recipe are from me. I used the instant, skimmed milk powder that you get from Sainsbury's.
