I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "hot meat" ? Its not a phrase or dish I've heard of !

Do you mean a selection of spicy hot meats that look like they have been charred in the flames of a grill ?

Do you mean a more sausage type minced up meat product that is spicy ?

or do you mean meat that comes to the table sizzling on a red hot metal platter ?

could you give us a little more of a description of how it looks, tastes and gets served etc ...

It must have a name? Is it a mince curry or curried lamb cubes? If it is a starter, it has to be a meat boti kebab or mince kebab or something similar, cooked in a tandoor or a very hot oven, so it looks charred. You have to give a better description for us to guess what it is.

It is possible that it is Boti Kebab, cooked and then added to fried onions and chillies. You can make so many variations that it is really hard to guess what it is your local serves exactly. Take a look at the recipe and see if the flavours sound familiar.
