Just to add my 'Diwali' Afghanistan Curry came out fine. Confess I was planning to make your Tikka Masala by adding some of your reduced lovely tomato soup instead of tomatoes/puree. However I came back so cold and hungry I ate the soup, so converted the marinated chicken to Afghanistani. Next time.......
