A very happy Diwali to Mamta, her family and all her readers!

Saw Lidl and Sainsburys both had BOGOF fireworks, and now two 'festivals' together - Diwali and Guy Fawkes. Hope everyone enjoys whatever they have planned.

I bought the firecrackers from LIDL, just hope it stops raining, for Pete to do us a show. He is the only one brave enough around here to go anywhere near them! Out neighbour's 2 year old is also waiting for the firework to start this evening, so come on Pete, get a move on, before she goes to bed, LOL!!

Wishing you all a very happy Diwali.

It was POURING with rain so we declined to go out and light fireworks but you'll be able to enjoy them with neighbours and Tinu's little ones next weekend instead!

Was a very tasty diwali feast, ma!
