Hi, have lots of haddock in the freezer and would like to make a curry this weekend using it, any ideas would be welcome
If you look above the post to the dark red buttons, click on "search" and put "fish" into the box, it will bring up several different fish curries and some other wonderful goodies as well !

Nancy, this is a nice one and haddock will go very well in it:

Apart from curry, any of these will also be nice;
As Steve says, put fish and tick Indian in the search window, you will get many dishes.

Just to put my oar in, I made the South Indian Fish Curry this week.

Would work well haddock if the fillets are reasonably thick. I also added a tablespoon of tamarind paste to the marinade and the result was delicious.

I just made a marinade at stage (2) of the recipe - the turmeric, chillies, ginger and tamarind just whizzed up with a little oil before gently rubbing into the fish and left as long as it took to do stages (4-8.)
I was trying to be eco-virtuous and used sustainable pollock (having had sea bass earlier in the week) Having erred on the side of generosity with the chillies I think any more expensive fish would have been lost.
As ever, great recipe Mamta, a tasty supper in less than twenty minutes including rice!
Thanks everybody, I'll let you know how I get on, still can't decide which to make!
