I was trying to make Gulab Jamun 3. When I added in the oil, the ball got dispersed in the oil. What could be the possible reason?

I did not happen with one ball. Same thing happened to all the balls.

And with Naan dough, is that ok to prepare the dough previous day and cook the naan next day or day after

What were your ingredients? Did you use any soda bi-carb?
